The best thing to do if your game crashes is to try some troubleshooting steps first and if those don’t work you can contact us from inside the game so that we can help!

Here are some things to try:

   🍎  Make sure your device is updated to the latest Operating System that is available.

   🍎  Make sure your device has enough free storage space.

   🍎  Close down other apps in the background.

   🍎  Turn your device off and on again.
