Your game could crash because of a bug.
  • If you go to the same place in the game or do the same actions and your game crashes, then this could be a bug.
  • Please send us a ticket from within the game with as many details as possible, screenshots and video attachments can also help.
Is your game crashing on startup or while playing the game for a long time?
There are a few things you can do.
  • Make sure your device is always updated to the latest OS available.
  • Your device should also have enough storage space available in order to run games and applications in an optimal manner.
  • Check also that not too many apps are being kept at the same time in the background, this can affect performance of some devices.
  • Sometimes it can help to shutdown your device and turn it back on. Then try to launch the game without other apps being open at the same time in the background.
If you are still experiencing crashes at this point, reinstalling the game might sometimes helps.
  • Reinstalling the game should be the last resort to try, and should only be attempted if your game is constantly crashing.
  • Before you start, make sure that you have connected and saved your progress. You do this by going to in-game "Settings" and then to "Save/Load Progress". Use one of the available options to save your progress - if this is successful, you should then see a "Sign Out" button in your Settings menu.
