Watching an ad and not receiving the reward is not fair at all, so be sure to contact us through the in-game "Settings" menu, and tell us all the information you can remember about the ad; We will investigate and help you as much as we can. Meanwhile, check these steps to be sure everything was perfect on your end:
- Check your internet connection: Make sure it's stable before you start watching ads.
- Watch the ad fully: Keep an eye out for the “X” or “>>” icon in one of the corners of the game. Once it appears, it means you've watched the ad long enough.
- Close the ad properly: Tap on the closing icon to exit the ad and claim your reward.
Helpful tips: Sometimes, you may need to tap a few different closing icons before the ad closes completely. Avoid using your device's “Back” button to exit ads, as this could prevent the reward from being granted.
Lastly, if you download an app, or visit a site from an ad, don’t spend too much time outside of Love and Pies! Jump back in to keep everything running smoothly!
